NuNuke My Javascript Adder v2

After being used on my site for awhile and i am confident that it works as i intend i am releasing the new improved version of the CSS and JS adder.

Simply upload and add the required header.php edit and your set to go. To add a js or css file simply upload to either the css or js dir.

Want per module basis? just create a new dir in the modules dir with the name of the module for example News would be found includes/head/modules/News here you can drop both css and js files.
