Review
I am very pleased with this book. The recipes were easy to follow like the multigrain wraps or the Blueberry muffins. The ingredients were those that were easily found in alot of pantries or they could be found at you local grocery store. My only problem with the book is that there was no nutritional values listed after each recipe. Also there were pictures with each recipe to look at to give you an idea on how it was to look like when prepared.

Disclosure: I received free the item(s) mentioned in this post in exchange for my honest review. Regardless ~ All my reviews are my honest and personal opinion.
