First Chapter Review:
 I was actually quite interested in the "Walking for Stress Relief" ebook.  I read through the first chapter and found some things I had not thought of for quite a while in relation to walking for exercise.  One thing that struck my interest was "Walking moves the body in a relaxed way, helps clear the mind and allows the walker to focus on the physical sensations in the body."  I am not fond of walking for exercise, but had planned on starting back in the evenings when it cools down a bit.  Walking does help me relax and clear my mind - especially when paired with listening to soothing music while I walk.  It is a time for myself with few to no distractions and can be calming as well.
From reading about walking for stress relief, I am now excited to start walking again myself.  The Stress Relief series by Darlene seems to be something that many of us can relate too.  I recommend giving them a try and see if you don't find something that interests you as well.
