Oh My, I may never use traditional cupcake liners again!  Only the second silicone product that I have tried and loved, California Kitchenware Butterfield Silicone Cupcake Molds make baking cupcakes or muffins so much fun!  Easy to use, easy to clean and the cupcakes come right out, very little mess and more cupcake to eat!  No wasted food left inside cupcake liners - 99% of the muffin is eatable and looks so cute too!

My hubby came home from work and asked me what the cupcakes were for - he knows I don't make sweets too often, but have made them twice in just over a week.  When I explained that they were for a review, and showed him the Cupcake Molds, he was impressed with how easy they were to remove and how much less wasted cake there was.
 
My kids love to turn the cupcakes upside down, give a tiny squeeze to the silicone mold and "pop" the cupcakes out onto the plate to decorate.  They said it is the most fun they have had with food! I must say that the entertainment value was not expected but a nice surprise.  I just stood watching and imagining a whole room full of 6 and 9 year olds "popping" cupcakes out of these molds - tee hee.  Would definitely make a fun party idea!

These cupcake molds are great for use on a cookie sheet or inside muffin pans.  They release the cupcake once it has come out of the oven with little to no mess - and are easy to clean up.  I just removed mine from the top rack of the dishwasher and every single one is spotless, clean and still as bright and colorful as they were right out of the package!
